See eee ORDER OF ANNUAL ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, on September 24, 2013, the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (hereinafter “PSC” or “the Commission”) met in Regular Session in the its offices on both St. Thomas and St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands; and WHEREAS, based upon the formula mandated in 30 V.LC. § 25a, all public utilities are subject to the assessment of fees on an annual basis by the Commission; and WHEREAS, the Legislature extended the sole right to Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (hereinafter “WAPA” or “the Authority”) to pay its annual assessment in equal quarterly installments; and WHEREAS, after careful review and deliberation and the recommendations of its staff, the Commission voted to make the following annual assessment fees on the listed public utilities: Utility 2012 Gross Ratio F/Y 2014 Fees Operating Revenues Virgin Islands Water & Power Authority 96,788,958.00 46.46 % 752,979.80 Virgin Islands Telephone Company 57,132,000.00 27.42 % 444 464.35 Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority 24,914,881.00 11.96 % 193,827.92 Innovative Cable TV St. Croix 9,865,713.43 4.74% 76,751.35 Varlack Ventures, Inc. 2,692,047.75 1.29% 20,943.07 $ $ $ $ $ $ Innovative Cable TV St. Thomas-St. John $ 14,241,256.98 6.84 % | $110,791.34 $ $ $ $ $ $ Transportation Services of St. John, Inc. 2,697,075.00 1.29 % 20,982.18 Total Assessment Revenue: $ 208,331,932.16 100 % | $ 1,620,740.00
