Thank you, Mr. President. I just need to sponsor the bill to please let us know what's in the body of this before we put in
some ingredients here that's not good for the body. I reserve the balance of my time. How much time remain for Senator
Gittens? One minute, 46 seconds. Very well. Senator Boulquez, you recognize you've got two minutes. Thank you, Mr.
President. Mr. President and colleagues, I do not recall the exact date that this bill was in session, but it was held for a
number of things concerning, at the time, a survey was not feasible at the time, but we wanted to speak to the Department
of Tourism and get additional information concerning the historical nature of cuisine here in the Virgin Islands, and it
was deemed and determined that fish and fungi, in fact, is one of the oldest traditional meals that has been prepared here
in the Virgin Islands, and with having discussions with the Department of Tourism and, of course, information that was
