ORDER



WHEREAS, on July 30, 2013, The Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority

(hereinafter “WMA”’) submitted a Petition for the Approval of Wastewater User Fee Hardship

Program in satisfaction of one of the nine mandates of Order 20/2008 the Virgin Islands Public

Services Commission (“hereinafter “Commission’’); and



WHEREAS, on August 15, 2013, the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission held a

Special Meeting in its offices on St. Thomas and St. Croix; and



WHEREAS, upon review and deliberation, the Commission voted to grant WMA’s

Petition for the Approval of Wastewater User Fee Hardship Program; and



NOW THEREFORE, the Commission hereby ORDERS that the WMA’s application

for the approval of the wastewater user fee hardship program is GRANTED.
