Parcel N-1 Remainder Percolation Test Results Prepared for the United States Virgin Islands Soccer Federation by Island Designs LLC Three 18” holes were hand dug on site and filled with 12” of water on February 2, 2026, representing approximate entrance, parking lot, and field locations for future site development. The water depth was measured every half hour over the span of four hours. The percolation rates across the site reveal a significant disparity in soil permeability and drainage efficiency. The entrance exhibits the most critical drainage challenge with a rate of less than one inch per hour, a figure that classifies the area as having poor drainage and a high risk for surface ponding. In contrast, the field area shows functional viability with a rate of just over 1 inch per hour, meeting the threshold for adequate drainage. The parking area serves as the site's strongest performer, boasting a rate of over 2 inches per hour, which is ideal for managing runoff and supporting the infrastructure needs of a high-traffic zone.
