An Act providing an appropriation for the operating expenses of the Virgin Islands Career and 
Technical Education Board from the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  The following sum, or so much of it as may be necessary, is appropriated 
2 
from the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands for operating 
3 
expenses, including maintenance, supplies, machinery and equipment and other purposes of 
4 
the Virgin Islands Board of Career and Technical Education for the fiscal year October 1, 
5 
2024 through September 30, 2025.
