Before the Court is the motion of the plaintiff John B.
Krieg (“Krieg”) for summary judgment against the defendant Rey
Financial, LLC (“Rey”).  The premises considered, it is hereby
ORDERED that Krieg’s motion for summary judgment is DENIED.
