Government

accepted
the
Polish
proposals
for
the
transfer of Rus-

negotiations
from Minsk
to
Riga,
Letvia,
it
was
announced
in

Moscow
wireless
message
the
Polish
GGovernment
Jreceived
early today.
De-
finite
indications
were received
at
War-
saw
on Saturday
that but
little
progress
had
been
made
at the
Minsk conference,
and
that
the
Poles
and
Soviet
rapre-
sentatives
agreed

gotiations

hope of bettering

ditions generally.
