is hereby authorized and reauested to grant access from

kine to time to said safe deposit compartment(s) in accord—

ence with the foregoing resolution until the authority

thereby granted has been revoked and written notice of such

revocetion signed by an officer of this Corporation has

been received by seid The Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A., at

the office or branch where s2id compertment(s) is/are

located, and be it



FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Secretary or any other officer

of this Corporation be, and hereby, is, authorized to

certify to The Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A.,» the names of

the officers of this Corporation authorized as aforesaid

ena the offices respectively neld by them and the names

of any other persons authorized to have access on behalf

of this Corporation, together with specimens of their

signatures; and The Chase Menhattan Bank, N.A., be, and

hereby is, authorized to permit access to, and to honor

eny instrument signed by, any such officer or officers

or other persons in respect of whom it has received any
