Movie patrons are referred jto the big
program to be sereened at the Christianstod
Theatre tonight, and published in
this issue.
The Native Brass Band delivered one
of its delightful popular eoneerts last
night io the entertainment of appreciative
listeners. Fine moonlight weather
prevailed.
The S. S. **Marina™ arrived at this
port at 4.00 p. m. on Saturday last,
janded passengers and freight and 98
bags, boxes, ete., mail fer Christiansted
and sailed for Frederiksted immediately
after. The mail is of such volume these
days that it is sent ashore in a lighter
like a Joad of cargo. It is reqguested
mentioned thgt owing to the gquantity
of the mai} and ths late receipt of
the letter bags it was found impracticable
to make a general delivery on Saturday
evening as had been promized.
BIG OVERLAND ORDERS SINCE
PRICE WAS CUT.
So great is the demand for ovegand
and Willys-Knight ears, following the
recent smashing price reduction, that
dealers are going to the Toledo Factory
and driving away ears rather than wait
for railroad deliveries.
The pumber of dealers taking delivery
at the factory is increasing daily it is
reported Yesterday scores of cars left
by road for cities and towns within a
five hundred mile radius of Toledo
The volume of orders, according to
Willys-Overland officials, has surpassed
all expectations. Every day has shown
an inecrease with indications that the
driveaways are still far from the peak.
One noteworthy feature of the increased
busines< is the pumber of large orders
