Dear Sirs, 
 
Human Services has been using our Personal Emergency Alert Services for much of 
2022-2024. 
 
This Service was funded by Virgin Islands Department of Human Services Family 
Caregiver Support Program. 
 
The monthly fee for this is $22.00 or $264.00 per year, per unit. 
 
Our Customer Service and Monitoring Center Staff are fully trained and experienced in 
Personal Emergency Response Services 
 
ADT VI would like to continue offering this valuable service however we continue to 
have an outstanding balance for our PERS Services and would like to receive payment 
for these services.
