ORDER



WHEREAS, on October 6, 2014, the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission

(hereinafter “the Commission” or “PSC”) received an Application from Caribbean W2E

Conversion USVI, Inc. (hereinafter “Caribbean W2E”) seeking designation as a qualifying

facility in the United States Virgin Islands; and



WHEREAS, on December 16, 2014, the Commission met in regular session at both its

offices on St. Croix and St. Thomas; and



WHEREAS, the Commission’s technical consultant reviewed the Application and its

supporting documents; and



WHEREAS, Caribbean W2E requested that its Application seeking designation as a

qualifying facility be withdrawn; and



WHEREAS, upon review and deliberation the Commission voted to GRANT

Caribbean W2E’s withdrawal of its Application; and



NOW THEREFORE, the Commission ORDERS that Caribbean W2E’s Application is

WITHDRAWN.
