Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1. (a) The sum of $1,785,724.99 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending 
2 
September 30, 2024, from the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin 
3 
Islands to the Virgin Islands Department of Health, to pay the arrearage owed to Pafford 
4 
Medical Services for services rendered from October 22, 2023, through June 2, 2024.

(b) 
The sum appropriated in subsection (a) remains available until expended.
