Be it resolved by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  (a) The sum of $200,000 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September

30, 2024, from the District Public Road Fund established in title 33 Virgin Islands Code, subtitle 
3 
3, chapter 111, section 3002 to the Virgin Islands Department of Public Works for the repair of 
4 
the government road in Estate Crown and Hawk, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, leading to 9E and 
5 
9F Estate Crown and Hawk.
