1. The Contractor shall provide. emergency supply of fuel, including. gasoline and. diesel, to

all Government of the Virgin Islands vehicles in the district of St. Thomas, St, John and Water

Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, when and where directed by the Commissioner of the Department



of Property and Procurement or his authorized representative.
