Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Title 20 Virgin Islands Code, part II, chapter 38, section 424 is amended

as follows: 
3 
(a) 
Strike subsection (a) and insert a new subsection (a): 
4 
“(a) A licensee shall: 
5 
(1) 
provide every driver of a drive-yourself car with a copy of 20 V.I.C. 
6 
§ 466 and require the driver to acknowledge, in writing, receipt of the 
7 
information; and 
8 
(2) 
place a copy of 20 V.I.C. § 466 in the glove compartment of every 
9 
drive-yourself car.”

(b) 
In subsection (b), strike “any operator” and insert “every driver of a drive-
11 
yourself car” and strike the last sentence.

In subsection (c), paragraph (1), strike “operators” and insert “every driver of a

drive-yourself car”.
