SECTION 1. KENNETH LESLIE HERMON POST OFFICE.

(a) DESIGNATION.—The facility of the United States

Postal Service located at 4605 Tutu Park Mall in St. 
5
Thomas, United States Virgin Islands, shall be known and 
6
designated as the ‘‘Kenneth Leslie Hermon Post Office’’.
