Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Act No. 8617, section 1 is amended in subsection C/CNTR AGENCY 
2 
MISC ITEM FY 2023 by striking “ALVIN MCBEAN LITTLE LEAGUE EAST” and 
3 
inserting “VIRGIN ISLANDS LITTLE LEAGUE DISTRICT – GIRLS’ SOFTBALL 
4 
STX”.

SECTION 2.  Act No. 8759 is amended in section 1,  subsection C/CNTR AGENCY 
6 
MISC ITEM FY 2024 as follows:

(a) 
By striking “ALVIN MCBEAN LITTLE LEAGUE EAST” and inserting 
8 
“VIRGIN ISLANDS LITTLE LEAGUE DISTRICT – GIRLS’ SOFTBALL STT-
9 
STJ”; and by

(b) 
By striking “ELMO PLASKETT LITTLE LEAGUE WEST” and inserting
