January 2 U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS — Governor Albert Bryan Jr and Lieutenant Governor Tregenza A. Roach, Esq. took their oaths to a second term in office Monday at Emancipation Garden in downtown Charlotte Amalie. Chief Justice Rhys Hodge of the Virgin Islands Supreme Court administered the oath to both the Governor and Lieutenant Governor before throngs of supporters prior to noon as required by law and shortly before both delivered their respective their Inaugural addresses. Lt. Governor Tregenza A. Roach, Esq. takes the oath of office for his second term.
