INVITATION FOR BID 
 
SCOPE OF SERVICES FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES 
 
 
The Virgin Islands WIC Program of the Department of Health is requesting an Invitation For Bid 
for general janitorial services for our WIC Clinic located at 4605 Tutu Park Mall, Suite 254, St. 
Thomas, VI 00802.  The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials to include toilet paper, 
paper towels, cleaning supplies and equipment necessary to perform janitorial services three days 
per week. 
 
1.  Tasks to be done three (3) days per week: 
• Sweep and mop all floors. 
• Clean restrooms to include toilets, sinks, mirrors and cabinets 
• Clean all glasses to include doors, side glasses, panels 
• Clean all chairs locates at all individuals desk and waiting area 
• Dust office furniture to include cabinets, tables, desks, scales, measuring boards, 
TV’s and carts 
• Empty and dispose all trash 
 
2. Task to be completed quarterly or as needed:  
• Strip, buff and wax all floors 
•  Vacuum, wash and /or shampoo all rugs, mats and dividers. 
• Clean all standing and ceiling fans
