Contractor Description of Scope of Work/Services



To provide residential, psychological and/or

psychiatric treatment and _habilitation

educational services for young adult residents of

the United States Virgin Islands, referred by the

Government.



Carlton Palms Educational Center, Inc.



Pursuant to the renewal option provision, PC097DHS14 above mentioned contract, and subject to

the appropriation and allotment of necessary funds, notice is hereby given that the Government of

the U.S. Virgin Islands, Department of Property and Procurement exercises its option to renew

and does hereby renew the aforementioned contract for the period February 1, 2017 to January

31, 2018, at the rate stipulated cost therein.



All the terms, covenants, and conditions of the contract affected shall continue in full force and

effect.
