Morris F. DeCastro Clinic to Close for Air Conditioner Repairs  
 
 
 
St. Croix, US Virgin Islands — Commissioner Justa Encarnacion would like to inform the 
public that The Virgin Islands Department of Health Morris F. DeCastro Clinic on St. John will 
close half day today Wednesday July 14, 2021 to continue repairs on the air conditioning system.  
DeCastro will reopen tomorrow Thursday July 15, 2021.  
 
The Department of Health apologizes for any inconvenience that this temporary closure may
