PROPOSAL.

The Department of Education is respectfully-seeking approval to extend.the solicitation. period of

Request for Proposal No. 008-T-2019 through February 20, 2019..



The purpose of this request is to comply with Universal Service Administrative Company (U SAC)

the governing body that manages the E-Rate Pro gram regulations. relative to the competitive

bidding process and cardinal changes described:in Amendment.No..2 which corrected the contract

term date listed under Paragraph F on page 7 of the RFP to state:



“shall be for a two-year (2) period commencing July 1, 2019 and ending June 30, 2021”
