Dear Ms, Kwan:
IT Corporation (IT), on behalf of L'Henri Inc., is pleased to provide two copies of the above-
referenced documents for your review. The comments on the work plan provided by EPA have
been incorporated as indicated in the comment responses. The document has been prepared with
redline-strikeout to show changes that were made to aid in your review. The document now
incudes a Health and Safety Plan (Appendix A). One other change from the original plan is that
on the advise of our health and safety personnel, the excavation will be filled in immediately
after confirmation samples have been taken because it will be difficult to limit access by the
general public. If the confirmation samples indicate that additional remediation is warranted, then
alternative means will be examined.
I will call you early next week and hopefully we can set up a conference call to discuss any
outstanding issues. The Work Plan will be issued as final once your approval has been obtained.
