Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  The following sum is appropriated from the General Fund of the Treasury

of the Government of the Virgin Islands to the Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority

during the fiscal year October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026.
