Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning

use variance from the R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) zoning designation is granted for 
3 
Parcel No. 84 Estate Contant, No. 7B, Southside Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, 
4 
consisting of approximately 11,253 sq. ft., as shown on PWD No. G9-2225-T73, to allow for 
5 
offices.
