Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  (a) Title 21, chapter 1, section 16 (3) of the Virgin Islands Code is

amended by striking “$220,000” and inserting “$350,000” wherever it occurs.

(b) 
This Act is effective 120 days after enactment.
