White, Sr. to serve a third term as a member of the Board of Governors of the Virgin Islands Port Authority and representative of the Island of St. Thomas. I also request that the Legislature find that Mr. White has given exceptional service as a member of the Board of Governors of Virgin Islands Port Authority. Throughout his terms, he has served responsibly and cooperatively to allow the board to carry out its functions.
