Pursuant to the executed Administrative Consent Order index #: ll-RCRA-Proceeding 7003 & 9003-92-0401, Section VII, C.I, wi'hin 30 days a*er EPA's submittal of the Baseline Risk Assessment report to the Respondents, the Respondents shall submit a draft Investigation Report to EPA for review and comment. In addition, within the same 30 days period, the Respondents shall conduct a detailed analysis of remedial alternatives. Therefore, the draft Investigation report and the detailed analysis of the remedial alternatives should be submitted to EPA for review and comment on or before September 30, 1994. Ax.
