Question: Based on amendments 4 and 5: Extension of proposal due date to 
February 20th and scheduled walkthrough that was scheduled and performed 
today - has the window for questions for clarification also been extended? Please 
advise as questions were developed today while onsite. 
Answer: The final date for the submission of questions will be Monday, February 
4, 2019@ 4:00 pm. Once submitted they will be forwarded to the Department of 
Education for responses and subsequently posted as an amendment to: RFP
