2024 Public Posting Announcement PUBLIC NOTICE 2024 HUD CONTINUUM OF CARE GRANT APPLICATION (Funding Opportunity Number: FR-6800-N-25) This notice is posted pursuant to the FY 2024 and FY 2025 Continuum of Care Competition and Renewal or Replacement of Youth Homeless Demonstration Program Grants Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) dated 8/25/2024. Each year, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) issues funding opportunities under the Continuum of Care Grant Program. The Continuum of Care Grant Program is designed to promote a community-wide commitment to the goal of ending homelessness; to provide funding for efforts by non-profit providers, state, and local governments to quickly re-house homeless individuals, families, persons fleeing domestic violence, and youth while minimizing the trauma and dislocation caused by homelessness; to promote access to and effect utilization of mainstream programs by homeless individuals and families; and to optimize self-sufficiency among those experiencing homelessness. The local Continuum of Care (VI- CoC) is required by HUD to submit a consolidated application for funding for renewal and/or new homeless services projects seeking funding under the CoC Grant. This serves as notice that the FY 2024 Consolidated Application has been posted to the VIHFA’s website. The CoC’s Approved Consolidated Application includes: • The CoC Application and attachments; • The Priority Listing and attachments; and • All projects accepted, ranked. The projects included in the application are: • PSH Renewal Project 2024 Location: (scattered site) St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands • VI-HMIS Homeless Management Information System Location: (territory-wide) Territory of the U.S. Virgin Islands • MTOC Permanent Supportive Housing Location: (scattered site) St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands All projects listed herein are consistent with the Territory’s current approved Consolidated Plan.
