Dear Ms. Kwan:
This letter confirms our telephone conversation of May 2, 1995 concerning soil sampling of the
first quarterly sampling event of the soil venting pile at the O'Henry Laundry, Tutu, St. Thomas.
During the referenced conversation, you approved the letter Work Plan sent to you dated April
10, 1995. The soil sampling is scheduled to occur May 15-17, 1995 and you have indicated that
the EPA will not require split samples. Please call me if anything in this letter is in error. As
stated in the letter Work Plan, a letter report with validated sample results will be transmitted to
you within two months of the sampling.
