of the Virgin Islands to the Virgin Islands Department of Labor and the Virgin Islands

Department of Finance for operating expenses during the fiscal year October 1, 2023, through

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:



SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are

appropriated from the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands

for operating expenses, including wages of salaried employees of the Virgin Islands Department

of Finance, Office of the Custodian, the Division of Occupational Safety and Health and the

Division of Worker's Compensation, during the fiscal year October 1, 2023, through September

30, 2024.
