This aplication is to be completed by government agencies, 
non
- profit and for
- profit organizations 
interested in obtaining Comunity Development Block Grant funds for public facilities and services and other 
neighborhod and comunity development projects in the 20
2 3 - 2 4 Program Year. 
 
 
 The aplication consists of seven sections. 
Note: 
Complete and return only the sections that are 
aplicable to your project
. Separate aplications should be submited for a project to be undertaken within 
both districts. Separate aplications should also 
be submited where an aplicant proposes to undertake both 
a public service program and a construction project.
