2020 General Election Absentee Ballot Return 
Supervisor Caroline Fawkes would like to remind all Voters, due the COVID 19 Pandemic health and 
safety precautions recommended by the Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and 
Prevention (CDC), The Elections System of the Virgin Islands is encouraging Voters to return their 
Absentee Ballots via the United States Post Office. Returning the Ballots via the US Postal Service is at no 
cost to the elector. 
 
Thanks for your understanding during this time of this national pandemic, to ensure the protection of the 
Elections Staff and the public. 
 
If any elector who requested an Absentee Ballot by October 2nd deadline and have not received the ballot 
by Friday, October 30, 2020, please contact your respective Elections System Office at 340-774-3107, St. 
Thomas or 340-773-1021-St. Croix.
