St. Thomas Service Interruption Scheduled for Friday Morning 
Ridge Road to Cabrita Point 
 
 
The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority has scheduled service interruption for 
Friday, August 7, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, for residents on St. Thomas’ Ridge Road feeder.  This 
interruption is necessary to allow crews to safely perform maintenance on the Secret Harbor riser 
pole, which will serve to reduce the potential for service interruptions on the Ridge Road feeder. 
Customers from Ridge Road to Cabrita Point, including all hotels in the area, will be affected by 
this service interruption. Motorists are asked to proceed cautiously in the area and to follow traffic 
directions for the safety of crews, pedestrians and other drivers.  
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this scheduled service interruption.  Every 
effort will be made to restore service as quickly as possible.
