Colonial
law that
a
SPECIAL
ELECTION
of
a
member
to the Council in
lieu of
the said
gen-
tleman
shall
take place
- the
Court
House
of Christiansted
jurisdiction
on
Saturday
July 30 1921.
The polling will commence
at
1 o’clock
p.
m.
in
accordance
with
article
30
of
the Colonial law will close at
4
o’clock
p.
m. at the
earliest.
At the
election
noone
can
be
con-
sidered
unless
he has
announced
himself
as
a
candidate
or has
been
so
announc-
ed by
one
of
the electors of the elector-
al district.
The
annourcement
of
can-
didature shall either be
made
in writing
or
by
personal
attendance
of the
an-
nouncer at the Electoral
Board.
The written
announcement
signed by
the ann-uncer
(announcers)
must be
sent
to the undersigned
Chairman
at my
of-
ficial office not later
than 4 o’clock p.
m.
on
July
26, and
for receiving announce-
ment
made
personally,
the
Electoral
Board will meet
