Phase I of the proposed Work Plan involves the installation of six (6) groundwater monitoring wells, the advancement of five (5) soil borings, and the collection of soil samples from below or adjacent to the base of the oil/water separator, septic tank and infiltration gallery. Phase II of the plan involves the implementation of interim remedial measures (IRM) in order to mitigate identified contaminates. In is anticipated that implementation of the proposed Work Plan will begin on November 29, 1993, upon your approval. Copies of this plan have been sent to the U.S.V.I.
