US Virgin Islands, 11/08/2021 - The Department of Health (DOH) resumes printing health cards at 
the Charles Harwood Complex on St. Croix and at the Morris De Castro Clinic on St. John. We will 
start contacting health cardholders immediately who were affected by the malfunctioning of the 
machine. Anyone can now walk into our offices to get their card printed. We want to thank everyone 
for their patience while the health card printing machines were not working.
