Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238,

Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-1 for the island of St. John is amended by changing the zoning 
3 
designation of Parcel Nos. 17F-2 and 17F-Remainder Estate Adrian, No. 18 Cruz Bay Quarter, 
4 
St. John, Virgin Islands, consisting of 1.71 U.S. acres, more or less, and 2.48 U.S. acres, more 
5 
or less, respectively, as shown on O.L.G. Survey Map No. D9-7677-T005, from R-1

(Residential-Low Density) to R-4 (Residential-Medium Density).
