Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Title 33 Virgin Islands Code, subtitle 3, chapter 118, section 3411,

subsection (c) is amended by striking “$25,000” and inserting “$150,000”.

subsection (c) to increase the amount of money that a claimant can recover from the
