Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1. Title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 27, section 715, subsection (c) is

amended as follows by striking “, with the advice and consent of the Legislature,”.

BILL SUMMARY

This bill removes the requirement for Legislative advice and consent for the selection of 
5 
individuals chosen to serve as the Administrator of the Virgin Islands Government Employees 
6 
Retirement System.
