Completed sampling of all monitoring wells. 2. Submitted letter to Jos6 Cepeda, Esq. regarding piping installation schedule for Monitoring Wells MW-6 and MW-6D. Letter dated October 21, 1992. 3. Installation of piping from Monitoring Wells MW-6 and MW-6D to water treatment system for the aquifer pumping tests. 4. Preparation for aquifer pumping tests at Monitoring Wells MW-6 and MW- 6D. Begin Monitoring Well MW-6 step-test on October 30, 1992. 5. Received and reviewed surveying data for monitoring well elevations. 6. Prepared October 20 letter to Caroline Kwan Re: Relocation of Pumping Tests and Revised Schedule. 7. Received approval on October 29, 1992 from John Dema, Esq. legal counsel for Four Winds, for use of Monitoring Wells CHT-6D and CHT-4 for water-level measurements during the pumping tests. This approval was coordinated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA). 8. Prepared October 26 letter to Jos£ Cepeda, esq. (cc: Leonard Reed and Ana Gloria Ramos) Re: Soil Quality Data at die Curriculum Center Building (Former Laga Building). 9. Prepared October 29 letter to Caroline Kwan Re: detailed schedule for pumping tests. 10. Prepared October 30 letter to Leonard Reed requesting assistance in temporarily stopping operation of the Eglin supply wells. 11. Performed Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QA/QC) field audit during monitoring well sampling. 12. Began data validation of soil analytical results. 13. Coordinated pumping test schedule with the USEPA, Four Winds Plaza, and CDM Federal Programs (COM). 14. Performed 4-hour step test at Monitoring Well MW-6 on October 30, 1992. TUT 006 1679 WORK TO BE COMPLETED DURING NEXT MONTH 1. Continue soil data validation. Begin ground-water data validation. 2. Complete pumping tests at Monitoring Wells MW-6 and MW-6D. 3. Attend November 17 site walkover and meeting with USEPA. Coordinate schedule for risk assessment, and submission of Technical Memo II and the Remedial Investigation (KI) Report. 4.
