AN ACT
To amend the Water Resources Development Act of 1990
to extend the authority of the Secretary of the Army
to carry out certain construction projects in the Virgin
Islands.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That section 406 of the Water Resources Development Act
3
of 1990 (48 U.S.C. 1405c note; 104 Stat. 4646) is amend-

ed by striking subsection (c).
