Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the University of the Virgin Islands 
Approving the Campaign for UVI Case Statement 
 
 
WHEREAS, the University of the Virgin Islands has made significant strides to cultivate 
relationships with corporations, foundations, friends and alumni constituents, and 
 
WHEREAS, the Development Committee of the UVI Board of Trustees decided to revise the 
document which promotes and guides all activities pertaining to the Campaign for UVI 
initiative, and 
 
WHEREAS, the Development Committee has voted to recommend to the Board of Trustees the 
revised Campaign for UVI Case Statement for consideration. 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY: 
 
That the Board of Trustees of the University of the Virgin Islands hereby authorizes and 
approves, the revised Campaign for UVI Case Statement, a copy of which is attached hereto as 
Exhibit A. 
 
 
CERTIFICATION 
 
The Undersigned does hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and exact copy of a resolution 
approved by the Board of Trustees of the University of the Virgin Islands at a meeting on March
