Amendments to Bylaws



The Board of Trustees, at its meeting of Saturday, June 19, 2004, unanimously approved the following

amendments to the UVI Bylaws. It was reported that the Bylaws of the University of the Virgin Islands

were reviewed by the Committee on Trustees and the amendments formulated were forwarded for

consideration and action by the Board.



Mr. Moorhead highlighted the substantive changes that were being proposed to the Board.
