Dear Senator Joseph and Honorable Members of the Committee,



I write this letter in support of Attorney Pedro K. Williams for confirmation by the Legislature

and appointment to the vacant judgeship position for the Virgin Islands Superior Court, Division of

St. Thomas — St. John. I have had the pleasure of working with Attorney Williams over the past few

years on various legal matters and can attest to his candor, character, and legal acumen.



I have no doubt that Attorney Williams will be a valuable addition to the bench and is the

most deserving of the nomination and subsequent confirmation. The Virgin Islands as a whole will

greatly benefit from his appointment, and I strongly believe that he will act as a strong, steadfast

steward to the Court and the legal community.



Accordingly, I respectfully request that the Committee give full and favorable consideration
