of the Virgin Islands Superior Court, Division of St. Thomas and St. John. As his

colleague for over 20 years, I have had the privilege of working alongside Attorney

Williams in a variety of legal settings, most notably in personal injury and GERS matters.

He has excellent legal skills, ethical integrity, and a commitment to fairness. I have no

doubt that he would serve as a very capable jurist upholding the highest standards of

Attorney Williams’ career has demonstrated a clear understanding of the law, coupled
