I hope this message finds you well. I want to express my gratitude for the invitation to testify 
before the Committee of the Whole regarding Bill #35-0085, scheduled for June 2, 2025. I 
sincerely appreciate your efforts to engage the community on such an important matter. 
 
Regrettably, due to existing commitments, including my preparations for the prior Senate hearing 
and the upcoming budget overview on June 3, 2025, I will be unable to attend this particular 
hearing. I deeply value the opportunity to share my perspectives on this legislation and am 
disappointed that I cannot participate in person. 
 
I remain committed to contributing to this discussion and would be more than willing to provide 
my input in writing or to join in on a future occasion that aligns better with my schedule. Thank
