Re: Lease Agreement for Ratification by the Thirty-Sixth Legislature of

the U.S. Virgin Islands



Dear Senate President Potter:



Transmitted herewith in accordance are the provisions of Title 31, Section 205, subsection (c),

Virgin Islands Code is the following Lease Agreement submitted for ratification by the Thirty-

Fifth Legislature:



1. Lease Agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands, acting through the

Department of Property and Procurement and St. John Taxi Services Corporation (OLC

No. 0135-2025). To lease Parcel No. D-2 Estate Cruz Bay Town Quarter, U.S. Virgin

Islands, consisting of approximately 2,700 U.S. sq. ft. or 0.062 U.S. acres of land zoned W-

1. The property will be used to operate a taxi stand and other related services.
