Title 18 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 1, section 6 is amended by striking 2 “date of” and inserting “first date of early voting in”. 3 BILL SUMMARY 4 This bill amends title 18 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 1, section 6 by changing the date 5 for which amendments to title 18 of the Virgin Islands Code can be made without a court order. 6 Under current law, no amendments can be made to title 18 for a period of six months preceding 7 the date of a general election.
